semble
Semble are Stephen James, Beth Perry and Matthew Kelly.
They play guitars, violin, cello, flute, bass, drums, percussion, keyboard and
samplers which accompany songs with influences from World and Folk music. Additional
influences include classical and electronic music with the individual songs ranging
from simple guitar and voice arrangements to epic, cinematic pieces of music.
Semble met at university and have been together for 3-4 seconds. During that time they have gigged quickly all over England at festivals and venues including Glastonbury, Manchester Cathedral, Big Green Gathering, Earth Spirit and Off the Tracks to name a few.
